There aren’t many
restaurants that can (honestly) say that they make a perfect plate of
nachos. Even though it's a simple recipe, it is one that
often goes wrong. How many times have you been served nachos with over or
undercooked cheese? I can’t even
begin to count.
Well, I am here to tell you
that I have found the answer to this problem. Next time you are having a craving for some salty tortilla chips covered
in fresh, tasty toppings, drive straight to El Loco on Madison Avenue and you will
not be disappointed. These nachos are
perfectly cooked, covered in every possible topping and served piping hot, which to me is absolute nacho perfection. We went for the Nachos Fantasticos, but
I can pretty much guarantee that the Buenos Nachos and Nachos Classicos would
be just as terrific.
On top of that, El Loco
makes a mean margarita. Whether
you order one of the many frozen flavors or go for the traditional on the
rocks, it’s a refreshing delight every time. Make sure to get there for Happy Hour and you can take part
in some of their great happy hour specials.
El Loco has been an Albany
